This is the final list with ten stadiums to be used for the 2010 Soccer World Cup in South Africa.
The football matches of the World Cup football in 2010 will be held in different host towns and their football stadiums across South Africa.
5 of South Africa soccer stadiums will bear major restorations for 2010 : Soccer City and Ellis Park in Johannesburg, Loftus Versfeld in Pretoria, the Royal Bafokeng stadium in Rustenburg in North West Province and Vodacom Park in Bloemfontein in the Free State.
New stadiums will be built at Mbombela in Mpumalanga and in the Nelson Mandela Metro ( including Port Elizabeth ) in the Eastern Cape. Peter Mokaba stadium in Polokwane in Limpopo will be reconstructed, as will King Senzangakhona Stadium in Durban and Cape City's Green Point stadium. Kings Park and Green Point stadium will become totally new multi-sport facilities, Green Point complete with a retractable dome to guard fans and players from the Cape's unpredictable winter weather.
