Below is an example of a basic total heat up for a sprint work out.
Commence with your sportsmen correctly heated up at the top of the hill. Have the sportsman run down the hill ( duck backward lean to smash oneself ) for fifty metres to reach a speed beyond their limit and maintain this elevated speed for thirty metres outside the bottom of the hill.
